By signing up for the NASTY WOMAN WINES #GetNasty Wine Club you agree to the following:

I certify that I am 21 years of age or older and a Nasty Woman.

I accept that it is my responsibility to notify NASTY WOMAN WINES of any changes of address, telephone, email, or credit card information at least two weeks prior to the scheduled payment date.

NASTY WOMAN WINES is not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments.

Should a credit card be declined for two consecutive shipments, my membership may be cancelled.

I understand that I may cancel membership by email at any time after receiving two shipments. If I cancel the membership prior to receiving the first two shipments I will be charged the amount saved during my membership and a $50 cancellation fee.
