If You're Not Pissed Off About the Senate Health Care Bill, You're Not Paying Attention
The Senate Health Care Bill to replace Obamacare is slated for a vote this month and if you’re not pissed off, you're not paying attention. If passed, this bill will leave 22 million Americans without health insurance at the end of a decade, according to the Congressional Budget Office Report. It also makes it more expensive to simply be a woman. Want to get pregnant? That’ll cost you more. Want to avoid getting pregnant? Those costs are going up too. This is just the tip of the iceberg, folks. This bill disproportionately impacts low income women and women of color.
