Bubbly Cocktails: Delicious Reasons to Pop Bottles!

Some people think bubbly is strictly a celebratory drink and while we do agree that it makes any occasion feel festive, we believe in everyday bubbles. They're the perfect daytime drink and can be dressed up into cocktail attire just like your favorite little black dress. Get recipes for our favorite sparkling cocktails, classic and modern, featuring Boss Lady Bubbles, below.

Bossy Paloma

We love a good Paloma, which is typically made with grapefruit soda or a combination of grapefruit juice and club soda. We replaced the soda with Boss Lady Bubbles and we must admit, it might be better than the original. Anytime we can drink bubbly and tequila at the same time feels like a win.

Kosher salt

1/4 cup fresh grapefruit juice

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon sugar

1/4 cup tequila

1/4 cup chilled Boss Lady Bubbles

Rub the rim of a tall glass with a grapefruit or lime wedge and dip the rim of the glass in salt. Fill the glass with ice. In a separate mixing glass, combine the grapefruit juice, lime juice and sugar and stir until dissolved. Stir in the tequila and pour into the prepared glass. Top with Boss Lady Bubbles and enjoy!

Sparkling Campari Lemonade

This bubbly cocktail is the perfect summer refresher and adds that la dolce vita vibe to anything you pair it with. The bitterness of the Campari pairs nicely with tart-sweet lemonade and the aromatic notes of Boss Lady Bubbles.

2 ounces lemonade

1 ounce Campari

3 ounces chilled Boss Lady Bubbles

Lemon twist, for garnish

Stir the lemonade and Campari together and pour into a coupe or martini glass. Top with Boss Lady Bubbles and garnish with a lemon twist. Salute!

French 75

The French 75 is one of our favorite classic cocktails and it's made even more delicious with the floral notes in Boss Lady Bubbles. A French 75 is a fantastic choice for dinner and cocktail parties or any event that calls for an extra dose of sophistication.

Ice

1 ounce gin

1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice

1/2 ounce simple syrup*

4 ounces chilled Boss Lady Bubbles

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup and shake well. Strain into a champagne flute and top with Boss Lady Bubbles. Cheers!

Note: To make simple syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water and bring to a simmer, just long enough for sugar to dissolve.
